    由中国木材与木制品流通协会主办、北京森美家园商贸有限公司承办的“第七届世界木材与木制品贸易大会暨展览会”将于2017年9月6日-7日在成都隆重举行，本次展览会是中国举办的国际顶尖木材木制品行业盛会，届时来自德国、法国、瑞典、芬兰、加拿大、日本、中国等国内外30多个国家和地区的木材、木制品贸易商、木结构制造商及木材、木结构辅料供应商近千人云集中国成都，展开一场规模空前的商贸交流、产品采购与技术研讨，届时组委会还将以贵宾函形式进一步定向邀请木屋建造商、木门制造商、家具制造商、地板生产企业等涉木客户莅临展会与展商进行精准对接与互动！让所有与会展商的产品都能迅速走向市场、走出国门，进一步助推我国木材木制品与国际接轨，加快我国木材木制品产业的良性快速发展！

【参展资格】

[Exhibition Participation Qualification]

1、 参展产品质量可靠、信誉度好，品牌具有较高知名度和信誉度。

The exhibiting products must have reliable quality, and good reputation, and the brand shall have relatively high popularity and reputation.

2、 厂商应是在国家各级工商行政管理部门注册的各类企业（公司），合资企业，外资企业，参展展品应经产品生产的所在地主管部门或行业主管机构鉴定且取得合格证明，相关法律证件齐备。

The manufacturers shall be various kinds of enterprises (companies), joint ventures, and foreign-funded enterprises registered in various levels of administrative management departments of the state and the exhibiting products must be appraised by the competent department where the product is produced or the competent institution of the industry, and meanwhile, obtain qualification certificate, with intact relevant legal certificates.

3、 在国内销售进口产品的经销商、代理商及国外厂商分公司，在参展时须具备相应的授权及代理协约。

Distributors, agencies and foreign factory branches selling import products at home shall be equipped with the corresponding authorization and agency agreement, when participating in the exhibition.

【参展说明】

[ExhibitionParticipation Description]

1、 请认真填写参展申请及合约表，加盖公章后传真或微信、邮件至组委会，申请表一经签字盖章后具有合同效力（传真件同样有效）。参展费用在申请展位后三日内将款项的50%订金或全款电汇至组委会指定账户，若展商逾期未付款，组委会有权调动该展位直至取消其参展资格；

Please carefully fill in the exhibition participation application and agreement table, and then fax it to the organization committee or send it to the organization committee through WeChat and E-mail after being stamped with the official seal, and after the application table is signed and sealed, it shall have legal effect (the fax shall have the same effect). 50% or all of the exhibition participation expenses shall be paid to the specified account of the organization committee as the down payment through the mode of telegraphic transfer within three days after applying for the booth, and if the exhibitor fails to make payment when the time is due, the organization committee shall be entitled to mobilize the booth, until cancel its exhibition participation qualification:

2、 因不可抗拒因素（战争、自然灾害、疫情及行政命令等）使本届展会不能如期举行，组委会有权更改展期或展场。

In case that force majeure factors (war, natural disaster, epidemic situation and administrative orders, etc.) have caused the failure to hold the exhibition on schedule, the organization committee shall be entitled to change the exhibition period or the exhibition site.
